As a professional voice talent, I've helped a quite a few people get started in the voice over business by first doing a critique of their voice and then - if they've got the talent - coaching them through their demo production. Essentially, I teach you how to critically listen to your voice. Mostly, I prefer to work with people with some previous experience in voice, like acting or broadcasting. This eliminates the need for extensive coaching in script interpretation - a common hurdle for those just getting into the field.
